Interior Design

– concept and space planning development;
– selection of finishes, furniture, lighting and equipment;
– 3D visualisations and material presentations;
– preparation of full fit-out drawings and documentation;
– detailed specifications and schedules for materials, furniture and lighting.
Project supervision
We provide design supervision throughout construction to ensure the project is implemented exactly as intended.
Attention to detail and close communication with contractors guarantee that the final result matches the original concept.
Includes:
– site visits to monitor compliance with the approved drawings;
– technical consultations for contractors and suppliers;
– preparation of updated drawings when required;
– coordination of finishes, materials, and colour selections;
– quality control and supervision during installation and finishing stages.
What the Interior Design Project looks like!
The standard project normally contains a moodboards followed by a technical documentation with detailed layout plans, demolition plans, lightning fixture, furniture layouts per room and bespoke furniture plans with material references, wall layouts and other details as needed.

Large Family Residence
Latvia
A very interesting and challenging project which took quite a lot of time to develop and subsequently supervise during construction as this was a full-cycle project - from architectural design and approvals with authorities to completed construction.
Scandinavian-Style Family Residence
Harmony with Nature
This 280 sq m Scandinavian-style family residence, together with a separate guest and party house featuring a sauna, sits on a spacious 6,500 sq m plot surrounded by coastal forest and close to the seaside.
Constructed from natural timber logs and other sustainable materials, the design emphasises warmth, simplicity, and a close connection to nature.

About me
My career in architecture began in 2003 at LPL, a major design and construction company, where I progressed from assistant architect to project team leader, contributing to the design of large-scale residential, public, and industrial buildings.
In 2009, I founded my own architectural studio, specialising in residential and public buildings. I focus on creating practical, high-quality architecture and interiors that harmoniously integrate with their surroundings, combining functionality, comfort, and the needs of the people who will use them.
